Our team at Dynamic Vectors strives to take on at least one charitable project every year. In 2021 we were contacted by Jenny Koutsou, who asked us for advice on how she could gain experience and training to help her towards a career in the graphic design industry. You can read more of Jenny’s story on our news page, in a feature that has been written on her in time for this patch’s release.

We decided to fund Jenny’s software licenses and have, for over a year, been providing tuition which we hoped would give her confidence in modern techniques that she could carry into a professional career. After our first set of lessons, we set Jenny the task of designing any patch she would like and her choice was to create one for her favourite aircraft - the Chinook.

To Jenny’s surprise, we have not only decided to manufacture her patch, but we have also made arrangements to gift several to the RAF Chinook Display Team for 2022, who have decided to make it their official patch for the Royal International Air Tattoo in July. We will be donating all profits from the remainder of Jenny’s patches to the RAF Charitable Trust, the parent organisation behind RIAT - in support of their Flying Scholarships for the Disabled endeavours.
