‘Defending the nation’ | COMMISSIONED BY JAGUAR LAND ROVER

We were honoured to create this striking design for the 2022 model of the Jaguar Land Rover Defender, which the Chinook Display Team used throughout that summer display season. In a fusion of cutting-edge automotive design and elite aviation prowess, we proudly presented a custom-designed vehicle that embodied the spirit of innovation and excellence shared by both brands.

‘CHINOOK 40’ | producing a bespoke 2013 Land Rover Q40 Defender 110 XS for charity auction

We provided exterior and interior concept work to bespoke vehicle designers ADP, part of TECNIQ, in support of a charity project to auction the vehicle. Timed to meet the 40th anniversary of the Chinook helicopter, the concept for this project revolved around the idea of having as many elements as possible within the vehicle inspired by the mighty Chinook. Becoming known as ‘Q40,’ the Defender was placed on display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and all proceeds from the Bonhams auction were donated to the Royal Air Forces Association. It was estimated to raise £120,000-£180,000 for charity.

‘VOYAGE OF DISCOVERY’ | WORKING WITH THE ROYAL AIR FORCE CHINOOK DISPLAY TEAM

An automotive project arrived in 2018, as the Royal Air Force and Joint Helicopter Command took huge steps forward with its Chinook Display Team. As the team sought new ways to interact with the public at show grounds and to inspire new generations to follow careers in aviation, support was generously offered by companies such as Boeing and Jaguar Land Rover. It was a privilege to develop a custom vehicle wrap for their Land Rover Discovery.
