We’re pleased to release the new official patch for 41 Squadron.

After consultation with the Squadron, we have given a fresh twist to the classic Typhoon Force spearhead format. The striking red and white design incorporates the instantly recognisable red double-armed cross into the background. The symbol originates from the Squadron’s association with St Omer in France, which was its first overseas base in 1916 during the First World War.

As the Squadron begins wearing it on their arms at RAF Coningsby, we offer enthusiasts the chance to add one to their RAF collection via our online shop.
