We’re very pleased to release our second charity patch of 2022 and this time it’s in collaboration with The Blades Display Team.

In honour of their joint flypasts and breaks with the incredible Chinook at UK air shows this year, it was decided to commemorate this historical moment and also raise money for their chosen charity, the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.

Founded in 1919, the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF’s leading welfare charity; providing financial, practical and emotional support to the serving and former members of the RAF - regardless of rank - as well as their partners and dependents.

Made up of ex-Red Arrows pilots, The Blades are the only full-time civilian aerobatic team in the UK. Their performances are fast becoming some of the best on the air show circuit and it has been an honour to work with them on this project.

We’re overjoyed to release this patch in honour of the unique flypasts this year. The collaboration comes just in time for some of the final summer displays at Bournemouth Air Festival this weekend and we wish both The Blades and The Chinook Display Team the best of luck as they once again get airborne together!
